Last updated: 5 March 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of StokedToPlay (the “Service”) operated by StokedToPlay Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring the Service is lawful for you to use.

3. Social-casino only (no real-money gambling)

  • The Service provides simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment only.
  • No real-money gambling: outcomes do not provide the ability to win real money.
  • No prizes of real-world value are offered, and there is no cash-out or redemption.
  • Virtual coins/credits/items have no monetary value, are not currency, and are not transferable.

4. Accounts, security, and purchases

  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Where available, purchases of virtual items are for a limited licence to use them in the Service; they are generally non-refundable except as required by Australian law.

5. Acceptable use

  • No cheating, exploiting bugs, reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
  • No harassment, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
  • No selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items.

6. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, artwork, and trademarks. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove virtual items) if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Disputes and governing law

If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
