Age Verification Policy

1) Minimum age requirement

StokedToPlay is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use features that may involve payments, prizes, or any regulated activity. We do not knowingly permit underage access.

2) Our age-gating approach

  • Age confirmation during sign-up (e.g., date of birth and/or checkbox declaration).
  • Warnings that providing false information is prohibited.
  • Risk-based verification prompts where we reasonably need more certainty.

3) Steps we may take to prevent underage access

Depending on the context and legal requirements, we may use one or more of the following:

  • Requesting proof of age (e.g., government-issued ID) before enabling certain features.
  • Cross-checking account details for consistency (e.g., date of birth, payment name, country).
  • Using third-party age/identity verification services where appropriate.
  • Monitoring for signals of underage use (e.g., reports, content, or inconsistent information).

4) If we suspect or confirm a user is underage

  • We may restrict access, suspend the account, or block certain features while we review.
  • We may request age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If underage status is confirmed (or verification is not provided), we may close the account and take steps consistent with our Terms, applicable law, and safety obligations.
  • Where payments are involved, any handling of funds (e.g., reversals/refunds) will follow our Terms and applicable legal requirements.

5) Reporting underage activity
